May 5, 2003 Rescue 14 welcomes our new neighbor the Virginia Beach Ocean Front Library. Rescue 14 served as host for the groundbreaking ceremony for the new 16,000 square foot oceanfront library. The new library will be located just to the east of our oceanfront facility and we will share a common parking lot. The city staff utilized our meeting room Charlton Hall to display the interior- exterior designs and the library staff prepared light refreshments in our kitchen.
