CERT Teams from around the United States were invited to participate in the IRECA/TERC Conference. Community Emergency Response Team [CERT]competition was held in the Conference Center. Tasks included removing a victim from underneath a wrecked car, removing a victim from underneath a collapased building, treating multiple storm victims, securing a gasline leak and fire.
