The September 24th day crew of Bobby Hill and Matt Herman were dispatched to a local storage unit for a report of 2 workers with minor hand injuries. Instead of minor hand injuries the crew found the two workers suffering from severe crush injuries to their hands.

ALS was requested and both patients were quickly packaged and transported to Sentara Norfolk General Trauma Center.

Several calls later at Sentara Beach the crew met the VAVRS German Exchange Paramedics Michael and Chris. Michael and Chris were running on one of our trucks out of our sub-station. Later Michael and Chris were given a tour of our main headquarters facility.
