Angel Flight 5K Run/Walk held at Virginia Beach Oceanfront On February 11th Rescue 14 provided EMS coverage for the Virginia Beach Angel Flight 5K Run/Walk held under cloudy cold conditions at the Virginia Beach Oceanfront. Funds were raised to support the Hampton Roads based Angel Flight group. "Angel Flight, Inc. arranges free air transportation for needy patients and health care organizations by volunteers". Congratulations to all the runners and walkers. We would like to especially recognize one of the runners, Amy Dunn from the Davis Corner Volunteer Rescue Squad Station 2. A big thank you to our two crews for braving the elements to standby: 1422S-Bobby and Judy, 1423S-Dale, Stephanie and Deborah.
