February 2, 2006 - Rescue 14 donates supplies and equipment to the Bloxom Volunteer Fire and Rescue Dept located on the Eastern Shore.

On February 2nd Rescue 14 Equipment Sergeant Linda Hoffman and Supply Sergeant Susan Bauman along with member Ron Bauman loaded one of our ambulances with supplies and equipment to be donated to the Bloxom Volunteer Fire and Rescue.

The crew traveled to the rest area on Hwy 13 in Cape Charles and met up with the Deputy Chief of the Bloxom Volunteer Fire and Rescue where the transfer took place.

As you recall in January the Bloxom department building along with two fully equipped ambulances was destroyed by fire.
